From West Colfax: 
Proceed on Colfax westward and turn right onto 12th Street. 
Proceed straight on 12th into the CCC – dock entrance dock entrance helix will be on your left.

From East Colfax: 
For POV: 
Proceed on Colfax eastward and turn left onto Welton Street.  
From Welton, turn left into the CCC driveway at 12th Street. 
Proceed left to dock entrance helix. 
For Large Trucks: 
Proceed on Colfax eastward and turn left onto Welton Street.   
From Welton, turn right onto 13th Street.  
From 13th, turn right onto Glenarm Street.  
From Glenarm, turn right onto 12th Street (This is a looped route). 
Proceed straight on 12th into the CCC – dock entrance dock entrance helix will be on your left.

Show Decorator | Paramount Convention Services, Inc.

You may supply your own tables and chairs or rent from the show decorator. An advanced purchase discount is offered. 

Flooring is highly recommended this year. Please know flooring will be required in future shows and is not included in the cost of your exhibit booth.  Carpeting, Astroturf, hardwood, tile, vinyl flooring etc., may be used.

As an exhibitor, you will automatically receive an introduction email from Paramount with your Login ID and password to access their online ordering system.

Food & Beverage Sampling and/or Sales

The City of Denver & the Colorado Convention Center each have requirement for all vendors selling and/or sampling food during the show.

The City of Denver requires that all specialty food & beverage vendors intending to sell their product at this event need to complete the following an “Affidavit of Commissary” &  "Temporary Food Establishment Acknowledgement Letter".

Even though the products are pre-packaged, the Dept of Public Health needs to know where they were made (affidavit of commissary).  Certain food product may fall under the Colorado Cottage Foods Act

The Colorado Convention Center policies state that all food and beverage distributed by vendors are limited to products manufactured, processed or distributed by the exhibiting firm and are limited to sample size. Buy-out fees will apply. Please review policies on the document below.  You may contact Centerplate Catering at 303.228.8050 for more detailed information.

Demo Waiver of Liability

• Food should be packaged and sold in a way that it is not consumable on-site otherwise the vendor will be charged a fee of 30% on all sales
• All vendors sampling food execute both the Sampling Request Form & Demo Waiver of Liability form.  
• All vendors selling food must have the Demo Waiver Form executed.   This is required for any product that could possibly be consumed on-site, even if intended for later consumption.  
• If vendors are sampling food, food has to be protected from cross contamination and a hand washing station will need to be readily available. Water for handwashing has to be 100 – 120 degrees Fahrenheit with soap and paper towels.
• Handwash stations are not provided by the facility, nor available to rent from the facility.  Vendors must bring their own. 
• Ice is available for purchase

Both forms must be executed and submitted to Centerplate no later than November 4th.

Insurance Needs

A few things to be aware of:

  • Exhibitors will have to pick the show from a drop-down list that includes shows other than just those run by MPE. 
  • Marketplace Events is not selling this insurance and doesn’t profit from it in any way.  This is simply a resource for those exhibitors who don’t already have the required insurance coverage per their contracts.  They do not have to purchase this.

The Insurance clause is #5 on the Terms and Conditions page of all booth space contracts.  For easy reference, exhibitors are required to have:

  • Comprehensive General Liability and All Risk Property insurance
  • Coverage must be from the start of move in to the end of move out
  • Coverage of at least $1,000,000 for each separate occurrence
  • Name Marketplace Events LLC and the venue as additional insured
  • Provide a copy of certificate of insurance to MPE
